There are many activities Round & About Puech Blanc and
lots of places to discover in the Tarn

Puech Blanc is situated centrally in the 'golden triangle' formed by the medieval market towns of Cordes, Gaillac and Albi. This area forms the heart of the Gaillac wine region which was first established by the Romans, and we are surrounded by vineyards.

Albi, Gaillac, Cordes sur Ciel and Toulouse

 

Albi is a picturesque town with it's famous Toulouse Lautrec museum and the immense St Cécile cathedral. All across the summer months there are free musical events at different locations arround the town. 20 min drive by car from Puech Blanc

Toulouse, the famous city, great to walk along the river La garonne, eat or drink the river. 45 min drive by car.

Gaillac, hart of the wine area, with a great Friday morning market, different terrasces and restaurants. Also supermarkets. 10 minutes drive min

Bastide villages

 

Cordes sur ciel, Puycelci, Bruniquel, St Antonin Noble deVal and Penne are well worth a visit.

Markt and brocantes

 

What can better enjoying the local markets eating and drinking localy produced foods and drink along with the locals.

Every day each town has its own market and across the summer you can visit special night markets with live music events and food too

The brocantes are mostly occuring on a Sunday

  From Puech Blanc you can walk within 20 min to our local village Cestayrols where we have a great restaurant. We have many different restaurants in the area, for you to chose!

Music and danse

 

During the summer months there are many danse and musical events organised by the different wine domains with great food and wine under stars. Enjoy!
