Welcome to Puech Blanc and 'Winetours for Teams'

It may suprise you but just 30 to 40 minutes up the autoroute from Toulouse is the Gaillac wine domain - waiting to be discovered ! So for your business outing what could be better than enjoying a glass of wine in the countryside.

My name is Andrea and I have lived with my family at Puech Blanc between Albi and Gaillac, since 2001. I offer you and your team a special day-out package, which can include a wine tour with lunch and transport. These events can be taylored to suit your individual requirements. Your wine tour will be based from Puech Blanc which is a beautiful 250 year old wine-farm built from the local white stone and surrounded by vineyards.

If you want to enjoy good glass of wine or two in a stunning country setting, and you want to simply enjoy a fun day-out for you and your team, then look no further ! I will show you around some really interesting wine domains and explain their methods of production and history. You and your team can taste the different wines and chat to the winemakers. Your special day-out can include a pick-nick in a beautiful location with stunning views over the Tarn valley, or lunch in one of our local restaurants - what ever you like.

I am of Dutch origin and speak fluent English and French and have organised wine tours around Gaillac for the last 10 years. My professional background is in hotel management, both in France and the UK.

The vineyards of Gaillac was one of the first growing centers in Gaul. The three different wine-growing areas and the age of the vineyards enable Gaillac to offer numerous traditional grape varieties. The diversity of the Gaillac vineyards means that they can produce a great variety of elaborate wines, a wide range of dry, sweet and "perle" white wines, red and rose wines as well as sparkling wines.

Gaillac is an exciting place for a wine tour. Enjoy the sights, aromas, and flavors of Gaillac as you increase your knowledge of wines. Discover regional cuisine in local wine village restaurants offering typical fare from south west France.
