Special Wine Tour Week in Gaillac from Puech Blanc for groups of 6 to 8 people

Welcome to my wine tours of the Gaillac region. My name is Andrea and I have lived at Puech Blanc between Albi and Gaillac, for the last 9 years with my family. I offer you a special wine tour package which includes your accommodation here at Puech Blanc. Your wine tour is based from Puech Blanc which is a beautiful 250 year old wine-farm built from the local white stone and surrounded by vineyards.

If you are passionate about great wine, simply enjoy good wine or want to broaden your interest in wine, then this is a tour you will love. The wine domains you will visit are the best in Gaillac where you will get an insider view, visiting their vineyards, tasting wines and talking to the winemakers.

I am of Dutch origin and speak fluent English and French and will be your personal local wine expert and guide for each day of your wine tour week. I have many years experience in the hotel industry both in France and the UK, and so will be able to give you an insiders perspective. You can ask advice on wine, choosing, exporting or just drinking it !

The vineyards of Gaillac was one of the first growing centers in Gaul. The three different wine-growing areas and the age of the vineyards enable Gaillac to offer numerous traditional grape varieties. The diversity of the Gaillac vineyards means that they can produce a great variety of elaborate wines, a wide range of dry, sweet and "perle" white wines, red and rose wines as well as sparkling wines.

Gaillac is an exciting place for a wine tour. Enjoy the sights, aromas, and flavors of Gaillac as you increase your knowledge of wines. Discover regional cuisine in local wine village restaurants offering typical fare from south west France.
